self reflection:

Self-reflection is the key to self-awareness: it allows us to look neutrally at our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and actions. Through this practice, we are able to look at ourselves with newfound interest and curiosity. As we begin to dig deeper, we may question our very being, asking, “Why do I feel this way?" This program will help you to reflect on yourself.

Self-care starts with you allowing yourself to be vulnerable and honest. Through self-reflection, you can finally let out everything you've been holding back. Your journal is your own personal platform where you can document your worries, stresses, and successes. If you need to print out this journal feel free it has helped me in my own journey.

As individuals you have the power to protect your own mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health by practicing self-reflection as part of self-care routines. Giving yourself time to learn about you is important.
